This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as  "User" or "Users") collected in the context of the use of the website with the address  (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), by Otorosmed, Serviços Médicos, lda, (hereinafter referred to as  “Otorosmed”) and reflects the institutional concerns of Otorosmed in terms of privacy and processing of personal data of Users.

4.1 - The personal data collected necessary for the purposes of responding to your requests/questions/complaints/suggestions will be kept for the period strictly necessary for this purpose, and may always be kept, in case of pending litigation, until the final decision is reached. to the cause.

6. User rights

6.1 - Pursuant to the applicable legislation, you may request, at any time, access to personal data concerning you, as well as its rectification, deletion or limitation of its treatment, portability of your data, or oppose to your treatment. You can exercise these rights by means of a written request addressed to Otorosmed, at Av. 6.2 - You may also obtain confirmation that the personal data concerning you are subject to processing, as well as access to them. If you so request, you may be provided with a copy of the data being processed.


6.3. - You also have the right, under the terms of the applicable legislation, to request the limitation of the processing or the portability of your data, subject to the legally foreseen conditions. For this purpose, you must submit a request to the contacts mentioned in 6.1.


7. Security

7.1 - Otorosmed guarantees privacy and security in the transmission of Users' data using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption of all information exchanged with Otorosmed via the Internet.

7.2 - Additionally, Otorosmed states, for this purpose, that it has and will keep in operation all the technical means at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and misappropriation of personal data provided or transmitted. In any case, it should be noted that, by circulating data on an open internet network, it is not possible to totally eliminate the risk of unauthorized access and use, so the User must implement adequate security measures when browsing the Site.

However, whenever relevant changes are made to the User regarding cookies, a pop-up window will be displayed again so that, depending on the type of cookie in question, you can access the information and/or consent to its use and storage .
